Security and data

Your data stays in Switzerland, and it stays yours.

Handing your e-mails, invoices or client files to an automation takes trust. Here is, without jargon, where your data lives in the solutions we deliver, who processes it, and what is never done with it.

Commitments

Four commitments, in every solution we deliver

They apply by default to the assistants, agents and automations we build and run.

A Swiss cloud

Your solutions are hosted by Infomaniak, a Swiss company, in its data centres in Switzerland. The server that runs your solution and the space that keeps your data are in Switzerland.

Open AI, run in Geneva

We use open-source AI models, run by Infomaniak in Geneva. Among them is Apertus, the open Swiss model from EPFL and ETH Zurich, whose weights and training data are published.

Your data trains no model

What you give the AI is used to handle your request, and nothing else. Your data is never used to train a model, and the AI keeps no trace of your requests.

Your data belongs to you

It is stored and backed up in your secure space, in Switzerland. It belongs to you, as the Swiss data protection act (nFADP) provides: you can ask to get it back or to have it deleted.

Day to day

How we protect your space

  • Protected access

Access to your solution is protected and limited to the people you choose. We only go in to run and maintain it.

  • Backups

Your data is backed up regularly, so it can be restored if something goes wrong.

  • Another AI provider, only if you decide

By default, the AI runs in Switzerland. If a specific need calls for another AI provider, we explain what changes, and you decide. Without your consent, nothing changes.

FAQ

Common questions about your data

Is my data stored anywhere?

Yes, in your space: that is what lets your solution work and keep a history. This space is hosted in Switzerland, protected and backed up. What is not kept is your requests on the AI side: it handles the request, returns its answer and keeps no trace of it.

What is Apertus?

An open Swiss AI model developed by EPFL and ETH Zurich. Its weights and training data are published: anyone can check how it was built. Infomaniak runs it in Geneva, alongside other open-source models; we pick the one that fits each task best.

Can another AI provider be used?

Yes, if you ask for it. Some needs may call for it. We then explain what changes, in particular where your data is processed, and you decide. Unless you ask, the AI stays in Switzerland.

What about this site's pre-diagnosis?

It also uses Infomaniak's AI, in Geneva, and your answers are never used to train a model. What the site stores, for how long and why is described in our privacy policy.

What this site collects itself (forms, pre-diagnosis, audience measurement): privacy policy.
